Delivery at the workshop

If you go to our workshop to deliver your repair directly, you can choose to register your repair in advance on our Service-web, or you can let us deal with it when you arrive.

In any case, whether you register in advance or not, you will have access to checking of status and direct communication with a technician on Service-web if you have given us your email address.

 

Before you register your repair, pay attention to the following:

Give a description, as thorough as possible, of what fails to function. We don't need a technical analysis, just describe what does not function as before, and avoid vague terms as "does not work".

Remember to bring your purchase certificate if you claim guarantee service. Without a purchase certificate the dealer can refuse guarantee service.
